Eggs are a great breakfast food when you're running late in the morning and don't have time for a full meal!. Cooking eggs sunny side up will take about 5 minutes and provide you with enough nourishment and protein to start your day off right!. When cooked, sunny side up eggs have an intact yolk that becomes bright yellow and thickened with firm egg whites surrounding it!.
Things You’ll Need:
Non-stick pan
2 tsp!. butter
2 eggs
Step1
Heat a pan on medium heat on the stove and throw in 2 tsp!. of butter and let it melt!.
Step2
Crack 2 eggs directly into the heated pan!. Be careful not to break the yolks; clean out pieces of the eggshell that may fall in!.
Step3
Let the eggs cook for 3 to 4 minutes!. Once the egg whites that are furthest from the yolk begin to firm up, but the whites by the yolk are
Tips & Warnings
Help the eggs cook faster by covering the pan with another pan!. But, be careful because too much steam or heat while doing this can overcook the yolks!.
Watch the heat on the pan!. If the heat gets too high, the outer edges of the whites will cook too fast becoming brown on the edges and dried out before the rest of the whites are cooked!. If this happens, turn the heat down to low-medium!.

I think you're talking about "over easy" eggs!. Melt some butter in a saute pan on medium heat!. Break open your eggs and when the clear part of the egg turns white, gently take a spatula and turn the egg over!. Let it cook for about 15-20 seconds, then take the eggs out and put them on your plate!. The yolks should still be nice and runny, so that when you cut them open, the yolk flows out and you can dunk your toast in it!.
I recommend turning the eggs over for just a little while to make sure that the white part cooks thoroughly!. There's nothing worse than runny white eggs!. I need mine cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You want the whites cooked solid, but the yoke runny!. I call that "dipping eggs", because we dip our toast in the yoke and eat it!. My faovrite kind of egg!. It is actually called Fried Over Medium!. Lots of people don't cook the whites well enough though!. You let the egg fry on it's back in butter until the white is nice and solid, then very gently turn it over in the skillet!. My mom used to put enough butter inthe skillet to just flick the butter onto the top of the egg, instead of turning it over!. You can do what suits you best!. Season to taste!.

These are over-easy or sunnyside up!. Flipping the egg can sometimes be tricky, and you may risk breaking the yolk!. Here's what I do!.!.!.
Melt butter in pan, and crack in the egg!. Once the whites start to turn white, I add a splash of water to the pan and cover it with a lid!. I cook it like that until the yolk just starts to look like it has a film over it, but is still runny inside (just keep peeking under the lid until it looks the way you like it)!. Then I slide the egg onto my plate from the pan!.
I never break the yolk or overcook it doing it like this!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

,look , simply crack the egg make sure to give it a firmtap that will crack shell , turn it onto a bowl !.heat your pan with some oil and por ur egg into tje heated pan ,spoon some of the hot oil onto the yolk till it turns whitish in colour, that style of egg is called "sunnyside up "you will then have a soft yolk !.note the more hot oil u throw onthe yolk the firmer u willbe cookin the yolk !.so put on the oil as long as you want Www@FoodAQ@Com
You could poach the egg instead!. It's healthier because you boil it in water rather than frying in butter!. It still has the hard whites and "dippin" yolk!. Wiki tells us here how to poach, http://www!.wikihow!.com/Poach-an-Egg, complete with video!. And here's one on how to poach using the microwave: http://www!.wikihow!.com/Poach-an-Egg-Usin!.!.!. I haven't tried the microwave method but I've made them in boiling water and they've come out great! Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Sounds like you would order it as OVER MEDIUM!. If you are cooking it at home you do it this way!. Heat a pan an add a little bit of butter!. After it melts than add egg than top it with a little water like less than an ounce!. Put a top on it right away!. Cook it a couple minutes over medium heat!. Than enjoyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Ok seems like you are wanting the runny yoke eggs!. What I would do is cook your egg until the white part is solid looking and the yoke should be runny!. I love my eggs that way too! :DWww@FoodAQ@Com
They're either "over-easy" - when you flip them after one side is done -or sunnyside-up - which is when you cook them on low on one side until the white is done and the yolk is still runny!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
