Vegetarian Birthday Meal!?!


Question: Vegetarian Birthday Meal!!?
I want to make a vegetarian birthday meal,something romantic for my boyfriend & I,its both of are birthdays & I want to suprize him & do something special!.!.whats something thats not to hard to make & is delicious!?!? also whats & easy desert besides ice cream,preferably something warm with a type of creamy/sweet sauce!?!? other suggestions would be appreciated!.!.& if you have any romantic tips like settings & stuff then that would be nice!.!.Ok thank you =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

for a dessert a berry or peach cobbler would be good!. (with some whip cream)

and i like vegetarian lasagna with a white cream sauce and whatever veggies youd like my favorites are carrots brocilli and mushrooms!

Mini Chocolate Lava Cakes



1 ? cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
butter cooking spray
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
8 strawberries, cut into slices- optional

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F!.
Microwave the chocolate and butter in the bowl for 2-3 minutes or until melted!. Stir in vanilla!.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt!. Sift these into the chocolate and mix well with electric hand mixer!. Add eggs one at time, fully incorporating each egg before adding the next!. Beat at high until batter is creamy and lightens in color, approximately 4 minutes!. Chill mixture for at least 2 hours!.
Coat the top and each cup of the muffin tin with cooking spray!. Dust with the cocoa powder and shake out excess!. Spoon mixture into pan using a 4-ounce scoop or ladle!. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes!. Outsides should be cake-like and centers should be gooey!. To remove: flip over tin onto a hard surface covered with wax paper!. Top with strawberries!.
*If serving, melt ? cup of semisweet chocolate chips and then drizzle over muffins; sprinkle with powdered sugar!.

My personal favorite would be tempura for dinner and Bannanas foster for dessert!.

Tempura is pretty easy, and I find it fun to make!.!.!.!.!.a WOK is best, but not required!. Batter up small clumps of shredded long carrots, and any other veggie you like (almost) and fry 'em up!. A good tempura sauce or two to dip the final product in can make it devine!. Steamed rice on the side for authenticity!.

Bannanas flambe RULE! You didn't say how old you are, but hopefully you can score the required booze to get them to flame properly!.!.!.!.they can be made with less exciting substitutes though!.!.!.!.kinda!. ; )
