Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...!
okay so i have cooking on wednesday and need to make something with either milk, eggs, cheese,green leaves,milk anything dairy in it really and has to be cooked within about 45 mins or less!. i was thing of making a mixture of cakes or buns but i'm not sure as i like to have a bit of adventure it can be anything!.
so please help by putting your ideas and if possible the recipes too

MINT CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
1 c!. chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
3 tbsp!. butter, melted
3 (8 oz!.) pkg!. cream cheese, softened
1 c!. sugar
1 pt!. peppermint extract
1/2 tsp!. vanilla
1/8 tsp!. salt
3 lg!. eggs
1/3 c!. milk
8 drops green food coloring
3 tbsp!. water
1 c!. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Sweetened whipped cream Mix together chocolate wafer cookie crumbs and butter!. Press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan!. Set aside!.
In large bowl using mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla and salt until smooth, about 1 minute!. Add eggs, beat just until blended, about 1 minute!. Reduce speed to low, blend in milk and green food coloring!. Pour into prepared pan!.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes!. Cheesecake will not be set in center!. Cool completely on rack!. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight!.
Remove from pan!. Place on serving plate!. Slide 4 strips of wax paper under edge of cake to keep plate clean!.

1 tsp!. salt
Fresh nutmeg, to taste
1/2 package frozen spinach, thawed and cooked
1/2 cup grated cheese (provolone or Swiss work great)
Mixing bowl

Make a cheese sauce!. A classic, and a great skill to have and display your required ingredients!.
Basic White Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter!. Add flour and stir until the butter and flour are well combined!. Pour in milk, stirring constantly as it thickens!. Add more or less milk depending on desired consistency!.
Cheese Sauce:
To hot white sauce, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, stirring over low heat until melted!.
