Question: What type of sugar do you use in chocolate brownies!? granulated or caster!?

Caster Sugar will make the brownie batter more smooth, so the resulting brownies might be a little smoother than brownies made with granulated sugar!. Its also easier to cream butter with caster sugar than granualated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use can sugar, always buy the same, think it's granulated
