Trim the chicken, cut into 1" pieces (more or less)
Chicken broth (2 cans)
mushrooms (can used canned, but fresh is better, sliced)
Marsala wine (or you could use the Marsala cooking "wine" found in the oil and vinegar aisle of food store)
olive oil or margarine (margarine makes it richer, olive oil is healthier)
Wondra flour (blue and white canister, in regular flour aisle!.!.its presifted)

Brown the chicken in marg or oil!.!.!.add mushrooms (if fresh, saute until softening); add chicken broth; bring to boil, then lower heat to medium so it simmers well, for about 1/2 hour; bring up to rapid boil again, add marsala wine (start with half a cup!.!.!.!.can add more to taste!.!.I like more) cook for about 5 minutes!.!.!.sprinkle wondra over top, stir in carefully, simmer til thickened!.!.!.!.serve over rice or noodles!.

You also can make chicken stoganoff!.!.!.same way as above, but instead of marsala, add tablespoon of ketchup, stir in; Add 1/2 cup sour cream, stir well, heat and if you want to thicken, do the wondra as above!.!.!.Its also very good!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That sounds good, add some garlic or italian seasoning and some crunchy bread and you've got yourself a really good meal!. You can add your favorite seasoning, dredge in flour, then egg and then in breadcrumbs and fry to brown, then stick in 375 oven for 15 minutes for crunchy chicken tenders!. Or you can grill them, shred with a fork and make chicken salad sandwiches or quesadillas!. You don't have to add salsa to them, they're good with cheese, chicken, tortillas and sour cream or guacamole!.

Chicken is so versatile its good with anything!Www@FoodAQ@Com
