How do you boil a perfect egg ?!
Answers:
A boiled egg is a perfect, simple food, once you know a couple of tricks!. To begin with, you’ll need to fill a pot of water to a depth that’s greater than the height of your egg – you want your egg to be submerged while it cooks!. Bring the water to a roiling boil by turning the heat to high; while you’re waiting, prick the fat end of the egg with a pin or needle (this will help prevent the egg from cracking by giving it a pressure release hole)!. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat down to medium until the water’s very gently bubbling!. Gently slide in your egg using a big spoon or ladle!. For a soft-boiled egg (very runny yolk, barely-set white), cook for 5-8 minutes; a medium-boiled egg (well-set white, runny yolk), 8-10 minutes; a hard-boiled egg, 10-14 minutes!.

Put the eggs in a pot of water, put them on the stove on high heat, and heat to boiling!. Cover and remove from heat!.
Let the pot of water and eggs rest!. The amount of time depends on your definition of a "perfect" egg - I do 4 minutes for medium soft boil (white is fully cooked, yolk is very soft and almost liquid)!. 8 minutes for hard boil!.
When the time is up, place the eggs directly into a bowl of cold water, and continue to run cold water into the bowl until the eggs are cool!. The shock of hot-to-cold causes the eggs to shrink, pulling away from the shells and making them easier to peel!.
I've heard that the reason this method makes a perfect egg is because boiling is actually what makes them tough and get that "overcooked egg white" taste!. Using my method, the eggs cook in hot water rather than boiling water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've got you here!.!.!.
Put eggs in a pot
Cover with plenty of cold water
Put on the stove and heat to boiling
Set a timer for 15 minutes
When the timer goes off, remove the pot from heat
Get a big spoon and lift each egg out gently and place in a bowl
Cover the cooked eggs with cold water
Let them sit about 15 minutes until they are cool (or you keep them in the bowl of water and place them in the fridge up to 24 hours until you're ready to use/eat them)
Here's a trick: To PEEL a perfect egg, take the top ('pointiest' side) and turn it upside down, now tap it onto a hard surface!. Once you have a crack in it, roll it in a spiral-type motion all the way down to the bottom of the egg until the whole shell is loosely cracked!. Then go to whichever end seems loosened the most (usually the bottom will have had a bit of an air bubble underneath the shell) and peel away a piece of shell!. Once you do this once or twice you'll see that you can grab one end of the shell with your fingers and peel it in a similar spiral motion and take off the whole shell at once leaving a pretty egg!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It depends if you want it soft or hard boiled!. Boil the water!. Drop the
egg in the boiling water for a 3 minute egg!. 8 to 10 minutes for a hard
boiled egg!. If you are having them soft you must rinse them in cool water to stop the cooking process!. If you are having them hard boiled you should also rinse them in cool water!. It keeps the shells from sticking!. Make sure the water is at high boil when you drop them in!.
You can put a pinch of salt in the water!. It helps the water too boil!.If
you find that the is too soft just add a minute!. Same with the hard!.
Every ones stoves are different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Rachel Ray just had this on her show yesterday, and it's exactly what I've been doing for years!.
Put desired amount of eggs in a stainless steel pan and cover with cold water!. Cook on medium high until the water starts to boil!. Turn the heat off, leaving the pan on the burner and cover for 15 minutes!.
Rinse under cold water!. The eggs will be perfectly cooked with no green ring around the yolks!.
To peel, crack eggs against a hard surface and roll the egg to break up the shell!. Peeling the eggs under cold running water will help the shells come off neatly!.

I've always tried this and it's always been successful for me and others i suggested it to!. Put your egg(s) in the pot on the stove, turn the heat up to the highest, and put in cold water!. Let the water boil and when it reaches boiling point and is bubbling, leave it like that for 3 minutes!. This usually takes about ten minutes or so, depending on whether you've got a gas or electric stove!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I wait for the water to boil!. Place the eggs in the water using a ladel (so they don't crack)!. I set the timer for 10mins!. When done I then take the pot to my sink where I run ice cold water over the eggs for 10mins!. Then I put them in the frig for another 10mins!. I hate the green coloring that forms over eggs that are to over done!. This is the best way I have found thus far!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Place amount of eggs you desire to boil in pan and cover with water!. After the water starts to boil, let boil for 6-8 minutes!.
