I'm hungry!.!.!. I'm watching a cookery programme and it all looks soooooo good!. A little adventurous for me, but does anyone have any ideas on what I can eat!. Nothing too fancy - my cookery skills are basic!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you have some chicken flour eggs chives or onion or red pepper at home you can do that!.
CHICKEN PANCAKES
FOR 2 SERVINGS
2 CHICKEN BREASTS - CHOPPED INTO SMALL CUBES
2 SPOONS OF MAYO
2-4 SPOONS OF PLAIN FLOUR
1-2 EGGS
SPICES ANYTHING YOU LIKE- SALT PEPPER ETC
SOME CREAM OR MILK
CHIVES OR ONION OR RED PEPPER (CHOPPED)
6-8 SPOONS OF OIL FOR FRYING
MIX MAYO FLOUR EGGS AND CREAM OR MILK TOGETHER
ADD CHOPPED CHICKEN AND CHIVES!. MIX IT TOGETHER TO COVER THE CHICKEN!. HEAT UP AN OIL AND PUT ABOUT ONE LARGE SPOON OF THE MIXTURE ONTO THE PAN FORMING FLAT CAKES!.
sERVE WITH A SALAD AND MASHED POTATOES OR RICE!.

Well if you like veggies and eat chicken or any other meat but then if you are a vegetarian than edamame will do just fine then you can make this simple salad!.
Half a head of romaine lettuce
10 Cherry tomates cut in half
any other veggie that you like chopped into bite sized pieces!.
a fourth a cup of any cooked meat chopped into bite sized pieces !.
Combine all of these ingridients together in a bowl & toss together with a dressing of your choice!
