Answers:
Here is the recipe a friend from work gave me years ago!. I grease the pan with softened butter and that keeps them from being too crumbly when they are finished!.

Chocolate Revel Bars

A-
1 and 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

B -
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Mixture :

200 grms ( 1 bar ) chocolate
1/2 can condensed milk ( I used low fat )
1 tbsp butter, unsalted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract

1!.Preheat oven to 350 F or 170 C!. Lightly grease 9X9 inch baking pan!.
2!.In a large bowl mix B until creamy!. Set aside!.
3!.In another bowl combine A!. Mix well!.
4!.Combine A and B!. ( oat mixture )
5!.In a medium sauce pan heat all ingredients of chocolate mixture until smooth!. Remove immediately from heat!.
6!.Pat 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan!. Spread chocolate mixture over the top!. Top with remaining oat mixture!.
8!.Bake for 30-35 mins in preheated oven
9!.Let cool in wire rack, then cut into bars!.
