Reheating Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast?!

Question: Reheating Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast!?
Last night I steamed 2 BSCB's!. I ate 1 & refrigerated the other!. I plan on eating the other tonight, but can't decide on the best way to reheat it!. I don't want to dry it out or make it rubbery!. Any suggestions on the best way!? The only thing I can come up with is to put it in the oven in a baking dish with a jar of chicken gravy (I do plan on having mashed potatoes & gravy with it)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Heat your gravy very hot, cut the chicken into bite size pieces and add it to the hot gravy, it won't take hardly any time to heat up!.!.!.a couple minute, and it won't get dry or rubbery, then pour both over your taters and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I reheat chicken all the time!. I always put it in an oven-safe dish, and add a little water to it and heat it for a few minutes @ 350!. Did you know you can cook chicken, freeze it and reheat it also!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

First let it come to room temp!. Then wrap in foil or put in a covered dish and heat!. If you put the cold meat into a thing with gravy, the gravy will thin out before they both get hot!. Warm the gravy separately!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to add chicken broth when reheating chicken or turkey to keep it from drying out!. You could then heat your gravy to serve with it when it's all heated through -- the gravy will not keep it from drying out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sOUNDS GOOD !. kEEPING IT moist is the goal!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

a quick boil maybeWww@FoodAQ@Com
