Confectioners Sugar (Sugar Free) 3 -4 cups

2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2 cups cornstarch

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender!.

Whip until well blended and powdered!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Artificial sweeteners like Splenda have a really strong artificial flavor!. I would have to say no!. And confectioner's sugar comes with a little cornstarch in it and this helps thicken up the frosting!.
Sorry--hope you can get to a store!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make sugar free confectioners sugar with coffee creamer and splenda!. Pulverize equal parts of the two in a food process or or blender and use like powdered sugar!. Works great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
