Clean and rinse off duck breasts, place them in a plastic bag, and fill enough olive oil in the bag so it covers the duck breasts!. Then add the other sauces and seasonings!. Seal up the bag and shake it thoroughly, and refrigerate overnight!.
Take duck breasts out and cook on the grill, making sure not to overcook the duck!.

Get them with the skin on!. Make four 1/2" cuts into the breast on a diagonal like a tic-tack-toe game!. Grill them for about 10 minutes to get marks on them then put into a 350 degree oven for about 10 more minutes!. Meanwhile cook some bacon in a pan!. Serve the duck with fresh scallions and bacon on top!. I usually cut the breast into 1/2 slices before serving!.
Can also go on top of a bed of salad!.
