Whats the tastiest part of lamb to add to a soup?!
i want to make a nice soup with lamb and it has to have bone on it coz it gives it flavour too, but im not sure which is nice part of lamb for soups ,Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like to use the neck chops, they are relitively fat free, and if browned first or roasted add a good stock!. They are also cheat!.
Lamb shanks are also good if you want a little more meat!.
It you have leftover meat on the roast leg you could use some of that as well as the bone!. Just remove as much fat as you can!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
