I'm not sure exactly what kind of recipes you're looking for, but I'll give you my absolute best cookie recipe!. You need:

1 12oz!. bag semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 stick of butter or margarine
1 cup self rising flour
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Pre-heat the oven to 375

In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips and the butter or margarine on 50 %power for 2 minutes (or less) stopping every 30 seconds to mix the chips and make sure they aren't burning!. ( you can tell when microwaved chocolate is burning by the way it starts to get solid again while parts are still melting)
Add the can of sweetened condensed milk to the chip mixture and stir until well blended!.
Add the flour and slowly mix it together until well incorporated!.
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to become a little thicker!.
Roll into walnut sized balls and place on a cookie sheet about an inch and a half apart!.
Bake for 5 minutes on the BOTTOM RACK of your oven (closest to the heating element) then move to the top rack for another minute or two!.
Allow to cool for a couple minutes before moving to a cookie rack or plate!.
The cookies will be chewy and fudgy with a slightly harder bottom!.
This recipe usually makes about 4-5 dozen small cookies for me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
