Help! I'm making chili...?!

Question: Help! I'm making chili!.!.!.!?
I soaked my kidney beans for 8 hours!. Then I added the rest of my ingredients (tomato juice, onions, garlic powder, beef, and minced tomoatoes) to the pressure cooker!. I turned it on and went to look on the computer to see how long to cook them and I read that cooking kidney beans with acidic foods makes them tough!. Is this true!? Has anyone ever cooked their chili this way!? Help! PLEASE!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You'll need to cook them until they're done and we can't 'see' how you're doing it or especially how many pounds of pressure you're using!. We can't tell how much they're cooked already!
Can you see what's on my television right now!?
Next time simply cook the beans 'rare' FIRST — then combine them with the other ascetic ingredients!.
Sounds good!. Invite me over!

When I make my chili, i use ground beef, tomatoe paste, tomatoe sauce, onions, garlic, lots of chili powder, comino, salt, kidney beans, green bell pepper, and a little water and cook till beans are soft!. Then add (cornstarch w/ a little water) to thicken!. Serve with corn bread!.

With your ingredients, try adding some chili powder and comino to give it a little more zing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Save yourself all of the agony - buy the beans in a can!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you do not have to soak kidney beans for 8 hours just use them out of the can but overall you are doing it right Www@FoodAQ@Com
