I agree with the Mr!. Stox rating, although we are not here to review Anaheim restaurants!.

You cannot go wrong with a prime rib roast!. YUM! Do NOT roast it too well done!.!.!.it is too fine a meat to overcook!. It is very easy to do!. I serve it every Christmas!. You can usually get rib roasts on sale for < $6/lb to freeze and thaw/use within 6 months!.

Here is a very basic recipe!. Search recipezaar for the more extravagant stuff:

OH! and don't forget the Yorkshire pudding! simple recipe: http://www!.recipezaar!.com/744

A five star resturant will vary their menu during the year to take advantage of the best ingredients that are available in the local markets!. The chefs will be creating new dishes all the time to keep the menu fresh and varied!. If you want safe and predictable menus stick with the chain resturants, that is what they do best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My very favorite 5-Star restaurant is Mr!. Stox, in Anaheim, California!. They're known for their extensive wine cellar and superb gourmet dishes!. We used to go 3-4x a year, when we lived there!. You can actually check out their website, and see the menus, and the different menus for winery dinners that they host throughout the year!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
