We are an egg free family because of allergies, I usually use ground flax seed mixed with water and letting it stand until you get a gelatinous mix that works well as an egg replacer!.

1 Tablespoon flax seeds plus 3 Tablespoons water replaces one egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I doubt it!. The yolks have the fat needed to "set" the pudding correctly!. You may just have soup if you use only the whites!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes but you will have to substitute 2 egg whites for every whole egg
