Question: Replacing regular granulated sugar with icing sugar!?
Is it okay to replace regular granulated sugar with icing sugar when baking brownies!? and would i need more or less if so!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
powered sugar is sugar ground into a powder, granulated is a much larger grind, powdered would be the largest quantity, It is up to you, do you like real sweet brownies whereas I would think 1 1/3 granulated cup equals 3/4 powdered Www@FoodAQ@Com
