Applesauce recipes? ?!

HOMEMADE APPLESAUCE
4 lg!. apples
Pan (with lid)
Knife
3/4 c!. water
1/4 c!. sugar (white or brown)
Several shakes cinnamon
Cut apples in small pieces and take out the middle!. Put the cut up apples into a pan with 1/4 cup sugar and a few shakes of cinnamon and the water!. Cover the pan with the lip and cook at medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes then let the apples, cool and mash the apples with fork or potato masher!.

Peel, core, and cut the apples into quarters!. Put cut-up apples, sugar, cinnamon, and water into a 2-quart saucepan!. Cover and cook at medium heat (simmering) for 15-20 minutes!. Let apples cool, then mash them with a fork!. 4 servings

Place 1/4 of the apples in a blender, along with 1/2 cup of water!. Process on low speed then medium until apples are smooth, scraping down sides of blender!. Place in a large saucepan!. Repeat with the remaining apples and water!. Add the lemon juice, honey and cinnamon to the pan!. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 15 to 20 minutes until the applesauce has the desired consistency!.

Puree the apples in a food mill or processor (leave the peels on, if desired)!. Taste and add more sugar, if necessary!. Yields 4 cups!.
