I want to make stir fry, your help please?!

Question: I want to make stir fry, your help please!?
I have a bag of fresh frozen veggies!. To make the stir fry, do I thaw the veggies for a while, or fry them while frozen!?

Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've tried doing them frozen before and it didn't turn out so well!. Next time I would thaw them out first - just because the larger veggies, like the brocoli, don't thaw as fast so everything else will be done but parts of the broccoli still frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put a couple table spoons of oil in your pan - get it hot, drop the frozen vegetables in there and stir gently every 30 secs or so, until 5-6 minutes has past (if there is brocoli in the mix,it shouldbe bright green, but not icy looking) - now add your seasonings/liquid sauces and turn the heat down to medium low and let it heat through for another 5 minutes or so

i would thaw the veggies because sometimes u put them in the fry pan and they stay a lil frozen in the middle i suggest u thaw them that way they turn a lil soggy and get the crisp flavor when all done!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If frozen it is best to thaw stirfry vegetables!. i have bought stir fry vegis and stir fried both frozen and thawed!. they come out much better if thawed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can do either!. If they are thawed first, they will cook faster!. I never thaw mine, just my personal preference!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thaw them for a bit - they'll fry better if there is less water in them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

u need to thaw it out so if u fry them while frozen they wont melt easily!. u should thaw the frozen veggies for like 2 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put them in frozen, it doesn't take long to cookWww@FoodAQ@Com
