Eating rare steak goes down easier than a well done steak due to the fact that there are more enzymes in rare?!

Question: Eating rare steak goes down easier than a well done steak due to the fact that there are more enzymes in rare!?
If i ate a rare piece of steak, as opposed to eating a well done piece of steak, i would feel less full when i ate the rare piece of steak right!? Because there are more enzymes in the rare piece of steak because it is less cooked, correct!? The more you cook a steak, the more enzymes you burn off!. And when i ask "goes down easier" i mean you feel less full while eating it, so do you feel less full eating rare rather than well done!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
