How,with what ingrediants and at what temp would I cook 2 ibs of chuck roast beef?!

I like to cook mine long and slow so here's my recipe!.
Place seasoned roast(salt , pepper , garlic) and 1/2 cup beef broth in a deep pan!.Cover with tin foil and a lid!.Place in heated oven 250 degrees!.!.Cook for 6 hours and then add small red potato's, chopped celery, chopped onion, and sliced mushrooms and chopped carrots!.!.Be sure all sliced and chopped items are large they will shrink during cooking!.!.recover and cook for an additional 2 hours!.!.Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
