I need a recipe for an cheesy egg casserole, kind of like at Old Country Buffet.?!
At Old country Buffet, on the weekends in the morning, they serve this incredible thick and delicious Cheesy egg casserole!. It's the thickness of a lasagna, but I don't know how to make one!.

CHEESE AND EGG CASSEROLE
1 loaf sandwich bread
1 lb!. mild cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
1 pt!. milk
1 pt!. Half & Half
1 tsp!. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of paprika
Prepare the day before serving!. Grease a 9 x 1 inch casserole dish!. Trim crusts from the bread and cube!. Combine and beat eggs, milk, Half & Half, salt and pepper!. Spread half the bread cubes over bottom of casserole, spread half the grated cheese over the bread!. Layer remaining cubed bread, topped with remaining grated cheese!. Slowly pour the egg mixture over the bread and cheese!. Top with paprika!. Cover and refrigerate overnight!. Remove 1 hour before baking!. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees!. Serve within 1/2 hour!. Especially good for brunch!. Served this at our last fashion show brunch!. Serves 12!.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes!. Mix together well:
8 eggs

1/2 to 3/4 loaf day old or older bread, remove crust, cube
Layer in 9 x 13 inch casserole, bread, eggs, cheese; repeat with cheese on top!. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours; melt 1/3 stick of butter and drizzle on top!.

SWISS CHEESE AND EGG CASSEROLE
This method of preparing an egg casserole is exceptionally creamy and rich!. 1 3/4 c!. half and half 8 eggs, slightly beaten 2 tbsp!. butter 1 tsp!. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp!. pepper 1 c!. shredded Swiss cheese 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled 1/2 c!. fine dry bread crumbs (use crusts from bread) 2 tbsp!. butter, melted
In a small bowl, combine bread cubes with half and half!. Let soak five minutes!. Drain liquid from bread cubes!. Add to eggs!. Beat well!. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a heavy skillet!. Add egg mixture!. Softly scramble eggs over medium heat!. When eggs are still soft but almost cooked through, add soaked bread cubes to eggs!. Stir to combine!. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper!. Pour egg mixture into a lightly greased oven proof casserole about 10" in diameter!. Top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon and dry bread crumbs!. Drizzle with the melted butter!. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted!. Cut in squares to serve!. Makes 8 servings!.

1 c!. macaroni
2 c!. milk
1 c!. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp!. butter
2 tsp!. onion, minced
2 tsp!. parsley, minced
6 eggs, beaten
2 tsp!. salt
2 c!. American cheese, grated
Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender but firm!. Mix together all ingredients except the bread crumbs!. Put macaroni in buttered 2-quart casserole; pour mixed ingredients over macaroni and top with bread crumbs!.
Bake in 325 degree oven, covered, approximately 1 1/2 hours!. Cream of mushroom soup heated for sauce is good

BAKED SAUSAGE, CHEESE, AND EGG
CASSEROLE
1 doz!. eggs
12 tbsp!. water
1/3 c!. low fat milk
1 lb!. bulk sausage meat
6 oz!. grated, sharp Cheddar cheese
Spray Pyrex oblong pan with Pam!. Brown sausage in fry pan!. Break sausage up into small pieces!. Drain sausage of all fat!. Spread sausage in bottom of pan!. Beat eggs in large bowl!. Add water and milk!. Grate cheese and put over sausage!. Pour eggs over cheese and sausage!. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour Done when eggs are firmly set!.

1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or turkey)
1 10-oz pkg frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
5-oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 tbsp chopped chives

Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.
Lightly coat 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray!.
Chop ham and put in baking pan!.
Combine sour cream and hash browns and put on top of ham!.
Dice cheese and put on top of hash browns!.
Wash and chop onions!.
In medium bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 6 egg whites!.
Add green onions and remaining ingredients, and pour over hash browns!.
