You can melt marshmallows either using a double boiler on your stove top or zapping them in your microwave stirring often!. The swirl design I normally see on brownies is cream cheese, but occasionally it's marshmallows - so go for it! It might not be the taste you remember but I'm sure it's delicious since chocolate and marshmallows go together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

use a double boiler!. you can make one of your own with a metal pot and a metal bowl!. fill the pot with water and bring it to a boil!. put the metal bowl over the pot and drop the heat down to just a boil, as opposed to a rolling boil!. throw the marshmallows and in voila! they melt!. just make sure to keep the water at a low boil and full!.

and yes, you can do that!. take a spoon full of the melted marshmallow and drizzle it in swirls!. then take a toothpick and draw lines through the marshmallow to make the marble!.

good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

To melt marshmallows you are going to wont to use a double boiler!. It will keep you from burning the marshmallows!. You can make on by putting a small pot in a large on or in a casserole dish the small pot needs to float!. Than you boil the water!. The water will heat the second pot evenly with out hot spots!. Just don't let the water boil off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

But you may want to put a cookie sheet over the top of the brownies for part of the baking, because the MM will brown quickly and can burn!.

also the marshmallow could melt into your batter while it's baking, will make the brownies denser and "wetter" (almost seem raw) when they are baked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Marshmallows can be melted, but you'll want to add butter to keep it from sticking!. They're really hard to work with, so I would go with a store-bought marshmallow fluff!. My husband just picked up a marshmallow topping in the ice cream isle that would be nifty on brownies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

they sell that soft marshmellow in a jar, it is spreadable!. I would heat them slowly in a pot, keep stirring, maybe that will workWww@FoodAQ@Com
