What are the US measurements for some of these?!

What are these in US measurements!? I have a cookbook from 1837!. I need to know some of these measurements so I can understand in order to cook using this book!.
1!. smidgen,
2!. dollop,
3!. scant,
4!. dash,
5!.palm full,
6!. meat nuts!.

Well 1,2,3 and4 is 1/8 of a teaspoon and the rest , I have no idea, except for #5 and that might be about a 1/2 cup!.
Meat nuts are considered peanuts, but that's all I know!.
Better hold on to that cook book!. It might be worth some money one day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with S!.Barr on everything except dollop!. Originally I'd consider a dollop to be about a soup spoon full!. However, I looked the definition up and it can be an indefinite amount!. If I wanted a dollop of whipped cream on my pie, I wouldn't want just 1/8 teaspoon!. I wouldn't want a large amount either!. The best way I would say to use it as a measurement is dependent on what you're making!. You have to use your judgment!.
