Veal chuck chops dose anyone have a good recipe?!
I have some veal chuck chops I want to make for dinner tonight!. Does anyone have a good recipe for veal that they would like to share with me!?
Note: Please nothing spicy do to I am feeding this to a family of 4 and 2 are children

French Veal Chops
4 veal chops (1-inch thick)
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons butter, divided
1/2 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1!. Sprinkle veal chops with salt and pepper!. In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in oil!. Sprinkle onion into a greased shallow baking dish; dot with 2 tablespoon butter!. Top with chops; drizzle with broth!. Melt remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese!. Sprinkle over top!.
2!. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
