Instructions
Line 15x10-inch jellyroll pan with foil!. Place pretzels in large bowl!.
In large saucepan over low heat, melt chips with EAGLE BRAND?!. Cook and stir constantly until smooth!. Pour over pretzels, stirring to coat!.
Immediately spread mixture into prepared pan!. Sprinkle with dried fruit; press down lightly with back of spoon!.
Chill 1 to 2 hours or until set!. Break into chunks!. Store leftovers loosely covered at room temperature!.

1 pkg!. cinnamon red hots (sm!. round cinnamon candy)
Boil water in double boiler!. Melt 1 stick of butter in double boiler until melted!. Then add 30 marshmallows until melted, stirring constantly!. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 2 teaspoons of green food coloring until well blended!.
Take top part of double boiler off burner and add corn flakes a little bit at a time!. Mix until corn flakes are completely covered!. Take spoon and dip onto wax paper!. Place cinnamon candy in the middle of each wreath!. (I add 3 pieces of cinnamon candy!.)
The wreaths make a beautiful addition to any Christmas party tray!.

The following recipes I got from a magazine called Yuletide they do not have a website address and the book is something that is only distributed in Newfoundland and Labrador but it has amazing recipes:
1!.) A Simple Christmas Cake
- 1/2 cup of shortening
- 4 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 6 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp!. baking soda
- 2 tsp!. cinnamon
- 2 tsp!. allspice
- 2 cups raisin
- 1 pkg!. dates
- 1/2 lb!. walnuts
Instructions: Cream together the shortening, add sugar and beaten eggs, milk and dry ingredients, mixed and sifted!. Add the chopped nuts, and mix well!. Bake in an iron pot at 325 F for 1 1/2 hours!.
2!.) Christmas Fruit Balls
- 1 pkg!. mini colored marshmallows
-2 cups Graham wafer crumbs
-1/2 cup green cherries
-1/2 cup red cherries
-1 tin condensed milk
-1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Instructions: Mix together let sit for a few minutes, roll into small balls then roll into coconut!. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours!.

-1 cup quick roll oats

-1 cup baking gumdrops, halved

Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full!.

foil overhanging at 2 opposite sides of pan!. Grease foil with butter!.
Place chocolate chips, marshmallows and milk in 8-cup microwavable
measuring cup!. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, stirring every
minute, until marshmallows and chips are melted and can be stirred smooth!.
Stir in vanilla, nuts and cherries!. Immediately pour into pan!. Drizzle
with melted white baking chips!. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm!.
Remove fudge from pan, using foil edges to lift!. Cut into 9 rows by 8 rows
or cut into diamond shapes!.
