Answers:
i take them out of the pumkin wash as much of the pumpkin guts off as i can leave them to dry for a bit then back at 450 or in the broiler but i like them when their browning (not burnt) because i find that they crack open easier when the shell is crispy i either add regular or galic salt before i put them in the oven yummm now i want some :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

well first, get some and i'd bake theme in an oven at about a not so high-not so low temprature, dont add any other things like salt, it might melt onto them and i've tried them, well they taste HORRIBLE that way unless you like very salty food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take off as many "strings" as possible!. Place on a cookie sheet, and drizzle with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt!. Roast in a medium oven (350) for about 30 minutes!. DeilciousWww@FoodAQ@Com

What a timely question!

Just this afternoon I cooked a pumpkin and I was going to throw away the seeds because I've never had any luck roasting them!.

I'll try some of these suggestions myself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just wash them, spray then with Pam, put then on a cookie sheet with salt and into the oven!. I think I put the oven on 350'!. MMMM Can't wait!Www@FoodAQ@Com
