Question: I'm looking for a delicious apple pie recipe!?

Ingredients
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
8 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced


Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F!. Melt the butter in a saucepan!. Stir in flour to form a paste!. Add water, white sugar and brown sugar, and bring to a boil!. Reduce temperature and let simmer!.
Place the bottom crust in your pan!. Fill with apples, mounded slightly!. Cover with a lattice work of crust!. Gently pour the sugar and butter liquid over the crust!. Pour slowly so that it does not run off!.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven!. Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F !.Continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes, until apples are soft!.

**just my opinion, melt caramel to the bottom of the pie crust and top that with chopped peanuts!.!.it comes out divine!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here is an apple crumb pie I make every year for my family they love it this time of year!.

Cook Time: 50 minutes
Ingredients:
9-inch pastry shell, unbaked, chilled
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup soft butter
6 cups peeled, sliced cooking apples
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, and butter; blend until crumbly then set aside!. Combine apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon; mix gently to coat apple slices!. Pack apple mixture into chilled crust!. Sprinkle crumb topping over apples!. Bake in 375° oven until apples are tender, about 50 minutes!.
Serve this apple pie with vanilla ice cream!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

DELICIOUS APPLE PIE

1 (9-inch) pie shell
2 or 3 med!. apples (cooking kind), peel and slice real thin

TOPPING:

1/4 c!. butter
1/2 c!. brown sugar, packed firmly
1/3 c!. sifted flour
1/2 c!. chopped nuts (pecans)
1/2 c!. coconut

Peel and slice thin apples into unbaked pie shell!.

Mix topping and spread over sliced apples, covering all apples well!. Bake at 350 degrees until topping is golden brown!. Good to eat hot or cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
