is it possible to make cookies on a hot plate (just like you use to make pancakes)!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't put the cookies right onto the heating surface, use a big non-stick pan!.

3? cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
1? teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
? teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Shortening
1 each Egg
? cup Milk
1? cup Raisins (optional)
1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Sift dry ingredients together!. Cut in shortening until mixture is mealy!. Beat Egg!. Add Milk and blend milk and Egg!. Stir egg/milk into dry (with shortening) Roll out on a floured board to 1/4 inch thick!. Cut with a cookie cutter!. Grill on a hot grill on both sides (just like pancakes)

Combine sugar, shortening, water, egg and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended!. Add flour, oats, baking soda, and salt!. Add chocolate chips and nuts!. Cook in a 350 degree oven or on a half heat griddle!.

No, you can't do that!. Cookies need the convection aspect of an oven to rise!.

Keep in mind you flip a pancake to cook it!. You can't flip a cookie (or shouldn't!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
