How do you center the yolks when making hard boiled eggs?!

Question: How do you center the yolks when making hard boiled eggs!?
Answers:
at least one night before you boil them, store all the eggs in the fridge with the carton on its side!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it has to do with how old they are and how their kept try flipping them over in the fridge for awhile before you cook them!. the yolk sinks as it is more dense than the white!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When boiling the egg instead of putting the narrowest side facing up put it facing down this will cause the yolk to float to the bigger part off the egg!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
