I would think maybe 2-3 cups!. Go one cup at a time until you get a dough that is no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl!. Normal ratio is two cups of flour for every cup of liquid!. Since the pumpkin adds some liquid as well as fiber, just try a cup or two and see what happens!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe 1 and a half cups!. Here is a similar recipe from allrecipes:
http://allrecipes!.com/Recipe/Pumpkin-Gin!.!.!.
the ratios of oil to sugar are the same as yours so the flour should be the same, but this one calls for eggs!.

Maybe there really is no flour in your recipe - just enough to dust the pans!. Hard to believe though for bread!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Spray the pan (grease it) with cooking spray or butter!. Take some flour (about 1 Tbs!.) and DUST the pan with it!. Shake out all the excess!.

That means to dust the pan w/ flour!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try 2 cups and see what happens!. This may be one of those recipes, that is for people who are allergic to flour!. But, I would start w/ 2 cups and go from there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 3/4 cups flour should be about right!. Don't you love it when they leave something out like that!? Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

about 3 - 3 1/2 cups of flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
