Ziti is layered with sausage, ricotta, mozzarella and tomato sauce, then baked until bubbling!.
Ingredients:
* 1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
* 1 pound mild Italian sausage, casings removed
* 2 (26 ounce) jars marinara sauce
* 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil, divided
* 12 ounces ricotta cheese
* 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
* 1 dash salt and pepper
* 1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
1!. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil!. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain!.
2!. Place sausage in a large, deep skillet!. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown!. Drain, crumble and set aside!. In a large saucepan, heat marinara with 1 teaspoon basil until bubbling!. In a medium bowl, mix together ricotta, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper!.
3!. Spread bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish with sauce!. Layer 1/2 of the ziti, 1/2, the sausage, 1/2 of the ricotta, and 1/2 the mozzarella!. Spoon half of the sauce over top!. Repeat layers!. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 teaspoons basil and Italian seasoning!.
4!. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes!.

pasta with alfredo sauce and frozen mixed veggies its so quick n so easy!. just wait till theres like 4 minutes left for the pasta and add the veggies drain and add the sauce!. i want to make it with shrimp but i feel that might take a little more work especially considering i've never cooked shrimp before!. but i really like this pasta and like i said quick n easy and probably cheap jar of sauce like 4 bucks pasta like $1 and veggies like $2!. Quick Fried Rice
INGREDIENTS
* 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
* 2 eggs
* 4 cups cooked white rice
* 6 slices bacon
* 1/2 cup snow peas
* 2 carrots, diced
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
1!. Prepare frozen vegetables according to package instructions and set aside!.
2!. Scramble the eggs in a medium skillet and chop into small bits; set aside!.
3!. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet!. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown!. Drain, crumble and set aside, reserving skillet with bacon grease!.
4!. Place the rice in the skillet of bacon grease and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, until coated!. Mix in soy sauce, mixed vegetables, carrots and peas!. Cook for 20 minutes before stirring the bacon and eggs into the rice; cook for another 10 minutes, stirring, and serve!.

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego mushroom and garlic)
3 oz!. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 oz!. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg, plus 1 tbs water, slightly beaten
Mix Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt together in bowl!. Beat 1 egg in another bowl, 1 tbs water and a dash of garlic salt!. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs and fry in oil until brown on each side (10 – 15 min each side)!. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese, cover so cheese melts and serve!. Makes 4 servings!.

1 – 8 oz!. Package Philly Cream Cheese (I use the light version – 1/3 less fat), cubed
? cup (3 oz!.) fresh grated Parmesan cheese (I like De Giorno, don’t use Kraft)
? cup margarine (I use I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Light)
? cup milk or half and half (I use 1% or 2% low fat)
8 oz!. fettuccini, cooked, drained (I use the fresh Contadina low fat one)
In large saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, margarine and milk!.
Stir over low heat until smooth!. Add to drained fettuccini and toss lightly!. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese if desired!. Makes 4 servings!.
Serving Suggestions:

Rotisserie chicken is the perfect shortcut for these chicken tacos!. Just shred the chicken and give it a Southwestern-style seasoning of barbecue sauce, corn, tomatoes, and tangy lime juice!.

Get some WonTon Wraps from your local grocery store!. They usually hang in the produce isle near the Tofu!. They come 60 to a package!.
I can make about 48-50 of these with two pounds of ground beef!.
Brown your ground beef ( 1-2 pounds) with chopped sweet onion (large or small)!. Drain and add the dry Ranch Dressing mix (1 pkg!. for 1 lb!. 2 for 2 lbs!.)!. Stir in well!.
While your meat is cooking take the Wonton Wraps and place them individually in a muffin tin to bake and form a small bowl!. Transfer them to a cookie sheet after you finish baking them!.
Spoon in your meat mixture to each bowl and add grated cheddar cheese to the top!. Place them back in the oven to melt the cheese slightly!.
Toppings can range from sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, corn, chopped green onions and salsa of course!.
