Question: Why does bread made in a breadmaker taste synthetic & gross!?
Why does bread baked in a bread maker taste so horrible!? I'm using the correct ingredients, following instructions, just tastes foul, syntheticWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Because bread making is a science and those “instant bread” machines are rubbish!. If you want nice bread, do it the proper way, the old fashioned way!. Use an oven :-)

try using a little more olive oil and less water, and sundried tomatoes and cheddar cheese in the mixing cycle,I always found the bread lovely from the breadmaker but if you try adding nuts and seeds it might improve the texture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've used a breadmaker (well my wife has) and the results were very good!. Perhaps it the recipe or ingredients you're using!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It really shouldn't!. What kind of breadmaker are you using, and how thoroughly has it been cleaned!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
