What should i top on my pancakes?!


Question: What should i top on my pancakes!?
I dont have syrup of any kind and dont say whipped cream i want something healthy a good healthy topping for my morning protein pancakes what do u think ive had fruit it's okay BUT it needs something else that's kinda healthy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

ill give you some retarded ideas!. but you never know somethign might taste good

1 sprinkle chocolate whey on top of it
2 vegtables, maybe broccoli!? yum
3 try putting some rice, or oatmeal or some kinda grain on it
4 get soem meat put it between 2 pancakes and make it a sandwitch
5 roll the pancake around a chocolate protein bar
6 throw the pancake in a blender and drink it in a shake
7 throw some spices on it, salt, pepper, garlic, who knows!?
8 wrap the waffles around some ssalmon, this one actually sounds good to me

Since you don't tell us what you do have on hand I can only guess at what might be in your pantry!.

Take some of your fruit (berries) and add a small amount of orange juice/apple juice and some sugar!. Boil gently (simmer) and you will make your own syrup!.

Purchase some Maple syrup the next time you are in the store!. Make sure it is all natural (preferably New York or Vermont) a little will go a long way

Try peanut butter and bananas

Might try a fruit with yogurt

I don't know how healthy this is but you can sprinkle a little powdered sugar on top of the fruits or some cinnamon!. I hope someone comes up with a good answer!. I'd like to know some alternatives also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Top or fold in scrumbled eggs, or whites, turkey bacon, cheese, ketchup
