I bought them because they were on offer at the shop and I thought they'd make a nice change!.
The ones that are like a chop but with no bone (please excuse my inexperience! lol)
I don't want them to end up tough to chew as my children won't like them if they are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try this!. It only needs a three extra ingredients, is dead easy to do and even makes its own apple sauce! The gravy made with the oniony cider (the alcohol will have evaporated off) is amazing!. I deliberately tested this with the cheapest pork loin steaks I could find, and they were so tender the bones just fell out! It does take a bit of time though!.
PORK IN CIDER

you can smear them with a little dijon mustard if you have some, add a little black pepper over top, wrap in foil and bake in over, i do mine slow so on low gas for 40 mins, they don't burn because they are in foil and keep in the juices, plus the mustard isn't overpowering this way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
