YUM! Well first of all, buy a chuck roast (thats the best cut of meat/more tender) they arent that expensive!. Then put it in the crock pot early in the morning along with 2 cups of water, 7 cubes of beef bullioun, 1onion chopped, 4 carrots chopped, 4 potatoes chopped, and 3 stalks of celery chopped!. also add, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp garlic power, 1 tbsp dill weed and parsley!. Let cook for 5-8 hours and just leave it alone completley it will make the best roast EVER i promise!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Center Cut Pork Roast with Herb Crust
2 ? - 3 lb center cut boneless pork roast
10 - 12 cloves of garlic, left whole, removed from skin
coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
1 – 1? c bread crumbs, unseasoned, plus 1/4 c
? - ? c Dijon mustard
3/4 c minced fresh herbs, such as tarragon, oregano, marjoram, rosemary, thyme
1 T olive oil
? c chicken stock
Directions
Using the tip of a knife, make 10 – 12 slits all over the pork and insert the garlic cloves!. Season the pork well with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper!.
In a bowl, blend the bread crumbs, mustard and herbs!. Mixture should have the consistency of a wet paste!. Add more bread crumbs or mustard if necessary!.
Slather the mixture onto the pork!. With remaining ? c of crumbs, dust the pork!.
Pour olive oil into bottom of Crock Pot and swirl to coat!. Place pork in Crock Pot!.
Cook on low for 8 hours!. Transfer pork to cutting surface and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing into 1/1 – ? inch pieces!.
Return stoneware to Crock Pot and turn up to high!. Using a whisk, add ? c chicken stock (and additional 1T of mustard if necessary) to pan juices!. Pour over sliced pork!.

season Roast with salt, pepper and place in bottom of crock pot!.Now add in this order, 1/2 tsp minced garlic,4 large chopped carrots, 4 stalks of celery,,then add small red potato's(with skin) I add about 12!.then add 1/2 cup of beef broth then salt and pepper over potatoes!. small pkg of mushrooms,and 1 small onion chopped!.!.Leave all chopped items chopped big as they will shrink when cooking!. Cover with lid and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours!.!. Don't remove lid for at least 7 hours!.!.It will let the heat out!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
