What is your favorite way to prepare chicken breasts?!
I love eating chicken breasts cause they are healthy, but I'm getting kind of sick of the same old way I cook them so I'm looking for new ways to prepare them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yum, I just made the best chicken breast the other day like this:

Chicken in Champagne Sauce
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp seasoned salt (Lawry’s)
1 tsp garlic salt or powder
6 tbs light margarine or butter
2/3 cup Asti Spumante or any sweet wine (use the cheapest you can find)
2 tsp flour (more if needed to thicken)
1 cup half and half or lowfat milk
Sprinkle chicken breasts with all seasonings!. Heat butter in frying pan!. Brown chicken!. Add Asti or wine!. Cover pan and simmer about 30- 40 minutes, turning twice, until chicken is tender!. Remove chicken and keep warm!. Thicken sauce with flour!. Stir in half and half and heat sauce!. Add chicken to sauce to coat!. Makes 4 servings
Serving suggestions: Serve with boiled red potatoes or mashed potatoes with sauce on top and steamed broccoli!.
Chicken Enchilada Casserole
1 – 1 ? lb boneless chicken, cut into bite size chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 8 oz carton sour cream
1 small can chopped Ortega green chiles
1 sml package flour tortillas, cut or torn in small pieces
8 oz jalapeno or regular jack cheese, grated
Cook chicken in skillet with a little water and ? tsp garlic salt or powder, until no longer pink Remove and reserve!.
In a bowl combine the next four ingredients, plus 6 oz of the cheese, add the chicken!. Mix well and place in greased casserole dish!. Top with remaining cheese and bake at
350 F for 1 hour!.
Serving suggestions: Mexicorn and Mexican rice!.

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce (I use Prego mushroom and garlic)
3 oz!. Mozzarella Cheese, grated
2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
2 oz!. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 egg, plus 1 tbs water, slightly beaten
Mix Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt together in bowl!. Beat 1 egg in another bowl, 1 tbs water and a dash of garlic salt!. Dip chicken in egg, then in crumbs and fry in oil until brown on each side (10 – 15 min each side)!. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese, cover so cheese melts and serve!. Makes 4 servings!.
Serving Suggestions:
I serve this with Fettuccini Alfredo and garlic bread!.

Moms Accidental Teriyaki Pork Chops or Chicken
This dish can be made more or less sweet according to taste!. It is just as good without the mushrooms!.
6 to 8 pork chops (boneless) or chicken
? cup butter or margarine
3 TBS olive oil
1 cup slice mushrooms (optional)
? cup sweet wine (White port wine is good)
? cup Kikoman Teriyaki Marinade
? cup corn syrup or sugar (optional), use only if you like your teriyaki a little sweet
1 - (10 ? oz) can white sauce or package white sauce made according to directions
In large skillet brown pork chops in 2 tablespoons melted butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil!. Remove chops from pan!. Add remaining butter and oil to pan drippings!. Add mushrooms and sauté until golden brown!. Add remaining ingredients except white sauce!. And simmer for 15 minutes!. Add white sauce and stir until smooth and completely blended!. Place pork chops in a 3-quart casserole dish and pour sauce over it!. Bake at 350F for about 1 ? hours or until chops are tender!.
Makes 6 to 8 servings!.
Serving suggestions: Goes great with mashed potatoes (use the sauce over the potatoes), pasta, or rice!.

1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt and pepper
4-5 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips, 2 lbs beef sirloin cut in strips or 1 ? lbs of shrimp, shelled and de-veined
1 tbs corn oil 1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red or yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
12 small flour tortillas, heated
Combine all ingredients in the marinade together in a plastic container or zip lock bag, mix!. Add chicken to coat!. Marinade for at least 15 minutes, turning several times!. Add oil to large skillet and heat on medium-high!. Add chicken and sauté until brown!. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until cooked but slightly crisp!. Serve on tortillas!. Garnish with sour cream and shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese!.

i put the chicken breast in a pan and i add Italian dressing cook it for 45 minutes then i drain the juices then i add BBQ Sauce on it!. turns out really moist or i put cheese and spaghetti sauce on it insted of BBQ sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com
