Not only can you use the lemon juice you can also soak them in a mixture of lemon-lime soda and water for around 10 minutes!. A 12oz!. can of soda and 12 oz!. of water if you have at least 6 apples!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lemon juice!.!.!. like everyone else said and yes the flavor does change a bit!. kind of makes it more sour!. thats how mcdonalds/burgerking/subway all keep theirs from turning brown in the bags they have a bit of lemon juice in them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dip the apples in lemon juice that has been diluted in water(about 1 tbsp to 1 L/1 qt)!. It may cause a slight flavour change!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
