My kids would answer "Bubba Burgers", then "Mock Stroganoff", then maybe I'd think about an Italian Wedding Soup!!!

Bubba Burgers
Mix your ground meats together with 2 eggs, salt, pepper, and roasted garlic (2-3 cloves sauted in a pan and then mashed)!. Build big burger patties!. Your kids will never want McD's again!!

The next answer would be "Mock Stroganoff" (sounds hard but is SO easy)!.

2 T butter
4-5 cloves of garlic, chopped fine
1 med!. onion, chopped fine
1 beef buillon cube
1 lb!. beef, sausage, bison, venison or combination
1 C carrots, chopped fine
1/2 C celery, chopped fine
1 T each black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, worchester sauce, lemon juice
1 package egg noodles
1 C water
1/2 C milk
1 T flour

Melt butter and oil in saute pan!. Saute onion & garlic until just translucent!. Add meat and brown until pink in center on med-high heat!. Add veggies, bouillon cube and spices!. Stir until mixed well!. Add water and reduce to medium, simmering, covered until beef is cooked through and sauce reduces!. Bring to full boil!. Mix flour with milk and drizzle in a T of pan juices!. Drizzle thickening milk mixture into pan, stirring entire time!. Serve over cooked egg noodles!. Awesome and sits well for 2nds the next day!.
