Pan - use non-stick or iron skillet and dip the bacon slice in cold water, then give them a shake!. That will make them lie flat!. Don't crowd them in the pan!. Cook on med-low temp, flipping back and forth to get the sides evenly browned!. Press any sections that curl up with a fork to get those to cook evenly!.
