Ingredients for Ham Omelet Recipe
2 tablespoons of finely minced ham
1 teaspoon minced parsley!.
3 eggs
1 tablespoon cream
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
A dash of white pepper or paprika

Beat the egg yolks very light; add the salt, pepper, and cream!.
Fold in the whites of the eggs, beaten very stiff!.
Have the butter boiling hot in the omelet-pan and turn in the egg mixture!.
Sprinkle in ham and parsley!. The ham may also be added to the egg yolks before folding in the whites!.
As soon as it begins to stiffen, draw it away from the edges of the pan or gently slide a knife under the centre to allow the uncooked egg to reach the hot pan, and cook evenly!. Five or six minutes should be sufficient for the cooking!.
Garnish with sprigs of parsley!.
As soon as the omelet is a rich golden brown, fold over and serve at once on a very hot plate!.
This quantity is for two people!. Double the above quantity may be made in one omelet, but if a larger amount is necessary, it is better to make two or three omelets rather than attempt cooking the whole quantity in one!.

Baby Spinach Omelet


INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 2 eggs
* 1 cup torn baby spinach leaves
* 1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
* 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

1!. In a bowl, beat the eggs, and stir in the baby spinach and Parmesan cheese!. Season with onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper!.

2!. In a small skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat, cook the egg mixture about 3 minutes, until partially set!. Flip with a spatula, and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes!. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes, or to desired doneness!.

Egyptian Feta Cheese Omelet Roll

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

* 4 eggs, beaten
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
* 1 teaspoon milk
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

1!. In a small bowl, beat eggs and pepper together!. In another small bowl, combine crumbled cheese with milk!.

2!. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat!. Pour in eggs, and tilt pan until bottom is evenly covered!. When edges appear cooked, place feta mixture in a line in the center of eggs!. Using a spatula, fold eggs over top and bottom of cheese, then fold sides over!.

Wonderful Omelet
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup yellow onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/4 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
1 Tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, combine eggs and milk!. Whip until combined!. Season with half of the salt and pepper!. Heat a 14-inch nonstick saute pan over medium heat!. Add the olive oil!. Add the onions and bell peppers and cook until soft, approximately 3 to 4 minutes!. Add the garlic, sausage, and bacon and cook an additional 2 minutes!. Add the eggs to the pan!. Using a plastic spatula, gently scrape the bottom of the pan to evenly distribute the cooking egg!. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the egg begins to firm!. Add the Cheddar cheese and the remaining salt and pepper!. Gently fold the omelet over to make a half moon!. Lower heat to low setting!. Cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes, turning once!. Serve immediately!.

Here is a great recipe(my own invention) for an omlet which will feed five to six persons!. When I have friends stay over for the night, I fix them this omlet for breakfast!.
This is a vegeterian Omlet!. If you like you can add diced ham or diced sussage to vegtables while frying them!. When this omlet is done, it will look like a deep dish pizza!. I serve this omlet with roasted potato!.

8 eggs, Yolks and whites seperated in seperate bowls!.
1-1/2 Tblspoon Mayo
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Oz chadder cheese
One large onion, diced
2 Stalk celery diced
One green bell pepper diced
1/2 cup diced coliflower
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
One large zucchini , halved diagnaly and sliced!.
3 Tblspoon cooking oil

Heat the oven on 360F!.
Heat the oil in a 12" NONE STICK frying pan!. Fry onion on low heat for 3 minutes!. Add celery, bell pepper, cauliflower and fry on medium-low heat for 4 minutes!. Add Zucchini and mushrooms!. add salt & pepper!. Fry for 2 more minutes!. Set the fried vegtable mixture pan aside!.
Beat the egg yolks and mayo on low speed for one minute!. Beat the egg whites until white peaks form!. Fold 1/2 of the egg whites gently into the egg yolks!. Fold in the rest of the egg whitWww@FoodAQ@Com
