Indian Burgers
These hamburgers are made with Vindaloo paste, a traditional Indian seasoning!.
Ingredients
1 lb ground Buffalo
1/2 small onion, diced
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced jalapenos
1 1/2 tbsp Vindaloo paste
1 Tbsp coriander powder
1 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 Tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Hamburger buns
Method
Combine all ingredients and form four even hamburger patties!. Heat grill or grill pan and place patties on it when heated!. If cooking on a grill pan reduce heat to medium!. Cook on each side approximately 5-6 minutes!. After cooking patties on the second side for two minutes place a slice of American or cheddar cheese on each pattie!. Cheese should melt in 3 to 4 minutes!. Meanwhile, toast hamburger buns and wash lettuce and tomatoes!. Once patties are cooked, place on buns with lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
