You could start off with a traditional dish such as lasagne, shephards pie, curry, spaghetti bolognese, meat balls, fahita's etc!. and add other ingredients such as peppers, onion's, mushrooms, caugettes, herbs and spice's!.!.!. Or substitute the meat for a vegetarian option!?

Try looking at what you have in your cupboard, use all the ingredients to make you meal - that way it will be unique!.

I'm not sure where you are from, but this was really different to me, as I'm not Indian!.
It's a very delicious curry!

Curried Coconut Chicken

serves 6

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1 teaspoon salt and pepper, or to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons curry powder
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
1 (14!.5 ounce) can stewed, diced tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 tablespoons sugar

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper!.
Heat oil and curry powder in a large skillet over medium-high heat for two minutes!. Stir in onions and garlic, and cook 1 minute more!. Add chicken, tossing lightly to coat with curry oil!. Reduce heat to medium, and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear!.
Pour coconut milk, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and sugar into the pan, and stir to combine!. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, approximately 30 to 40 minutes!.

This is a great recipe!.

Yummy Carnitas!
3 pounds lean boneless pork ribs
1 tsp each:
garlic powder & onion powder
kosher salt & pepper
paprika & cumin
Mexican oregano
chipotle chile powder
2 tbs olive oil
1 cup red enchilada sauce
2 cups chicken stock
1/3 cup diced jalapeno peppers
1 large onion cut into 8 pieces
1 small orange
1/2 can cola
Flour Tortilla Shells or crunchy taco shells

Trim fat, cut meat into 2 inch cubes!.
Place in plastic bag!.

Mix all dry ingredients!. Mix with pork,
refrigerate 1 hour!.

Set meat out for 30 minutes!. Heat oil in
Dutch Oven on stove, medium-high heat!.
Sear meat in batches!.

Turn heat to low!. Add the chicken stock,
enchilada sauce, diced jalapeno peppers, onions,
and squeeze juice from orange, place in pan!.
Cook 1 1/2 hours!. Stir occasionally!.

Add the cola, simmer 30 minutes!. Ready to serve!

Shred for tacos or serve as is!. Mexican rice and
black beans are a wonderful complement to this dish!.

You can go and get the pie crust or pizza dough in the box (they should be in the where your cheese,eggs,butter etc section is) You can fill it with meats or cheeses or even make your own desserts!. I get it and cut it to desired sizes fill it and bake in oven!. Turns out light and fluffy!. You would be amazed as to what you would come up with to use the crusts for!. BULGOGI (KOREAN BEEF)

Combine beef, sliced in thin strips with:

Accent
Garlic
Ginger
Soy sauce
Onion
Carrots
Green onion
Sesame oil
Rice wine
Sugar
Hot pepper (optional)

The ingredients are according to personal taste, combined and sauteed!. Serve over steamed rice!.

or KOREAN BARBECUED BEEF

1 lb!. beef boneless top loin or sirloin steak
1/4 c!. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp!. sugar
2 tbsp!. sesame or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp!. pepper
3 green onions, finely chopped

Trim fat from the beef; cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/3 inch slices!. Mix remaining ingredients; stir in beef until well coated!. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes!. Drain beef; stir-fry in 10 inch skillet or wok over medium heat until light brown, 2-3 minutes!. Serve beef with hot cooked rice is desired!. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving for an authentic Korean dish!. Makes 4 servings!.
