Question: What can I make for dinner tonight that will go good with stuffed peppers!?
I am making stuffed peppers(peppers from my garden) and I don't know what else to make!. I am going to cook over my parent's house tonight because my dad is babysitting the kids for me while I go to doctor appointment!. Any suggestions will be helpful!? We had steak on Sunday!

Answers:
You could do a salad or another vegetable!. Stuffed peppers are a meal in their-selves with hamburger and rice and tomato sauce!.

If you are stuffing the peppers with a rice and meat mixture, then just serve with some steamed vegetables with a creamy, garlic sauce and flat bread!. If no meat in the stuffing, then serve with strips of chicken also in the sauce!. I find that that goes really well with peppers or capsicums as we call them in Australia!.You can always leave the garlic out if the family doesn't like it and add a couple of teaspoons of tomato paste to the sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about cheese potatoes!? They go great with anything!. They are super easy to make and really delicious!.

Overnight Hashed Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

(8 servings)
2 lb Frozen hashed brown potatoes
1/4 lb Butter
1 pt Sour cream
1 can Mushroom soup
8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded
1 Onion; grated or 1 T!. instant minced onion
3/4 c Milk* (optional)

Instructions:

Cut butter into potatoes!. Mix rest of ingredients together; pour over top of potatoes!. Toss!. *1/4 - 3/4 c!. milk can be used in place of one-half of the sour cream!. It will make a moister casserole, if desired!. Bake in a 13x9" pan at 350 for 1/2 hr covered and an additional 1/2 hr!. uncovered!. I have used Cheddar Cheese soup, but reduce the butter as it will be greasy with both!. I also put additional shredded cheese on top during the second half hour of baking!. Doubles well!. Can be refrigerated overnight after mixing all together!.
