I'm assuming you've eated your STD-elicay already, so I'll not be posting any recipes!.
I don't have a witty answer, but, when I worked in a seafood restaurant, I used to shuck bags and bags and bags of oysters each day for Oysters Rockefeller!. It was a pain in my booty, but every now and then, I'd find a little teeny tiny pea crab inside!. They were so cute! The size of my thumbnail!.!.!.I'd try to keep them alive in a cup of water with salt mixed in, but they always died by the end of the day!.
As for crabs, I don't think you can go wrong with steaming them and dipping them in butter, with perhaps a dash of Old Bay on them bad boys!. Dinner at your house tonight! I didn't cook squat!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt and pepper crabs!. Take the large shell off the crab and clean the guts out!. You want to fully clean this crab like you would steam it!. Cut the crab into pieces with a large cleaver, take the crab and wash then douse in cornstarch!. Deep fry!. Once this is done, take a frying pan, add oil to coat the pan!. Add about a whole clove of garlic diced (I just get the garlic in a glass jar and put the whole thing in) and about 2 jalapeno peppers diced with red chili flakes!. Mix and add a small amount of water!. You want a tiny amount of liquid!. Pour this on top of your cooked crab and sprinkle sea salt on the crab!. Serve!.
P!.S!. This is for cooked crab only! If your crab isn't cooked, steam it first!Www@FoodAQ@Com
