Is your dough you are using for thin crust pizza, some thin crust pizza dough doesn't call for yeast!. Mine does, but not as much!. Go to cooks!.com or allrecipes!.com and look up thin crust pizza dough!. I believe mine came from cooks!.com!. I pre-bake my pizza for 15 minutes at 475 degrees prior to putting on toppings and cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
are you heating the stone ahead of time!?
for thin crispy,I poke holes in the dough after rolling it out, sprinkle cornmeal on the stone and slide the pizza onto the hot stone!.(pull oven rack out part way to transfer)Www@FoodAQ@Com

dust the pizza dough with semolina (found in most health food stores and some supermarkets), its what the europeans have been doing for 100's of years and it makes it nice and crispWww@FoodAQ@Com
High oven temperature is the key!. Most commercial pizza ovens run at 600 degrees F plus!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
