Answers:
Pick something that sounds distinctly dessert-ish!.!.!.even though it may not have anything to do with dessert

Like "Dulce", which means "sweet" in Spanish!.

Or "Panacotta" which is an Italian kind of custard!.

"Crema" means cream, or the top foamish stuff on espresso

"Zabaglione" or "Sabayon", a kind of dessert cream/custard

These kinds of names would give it some sort of haute feel, a bit more upscale, and perfect for the South Beach feel!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How about; sweet paradise, paradise found, sweet surrender, sweet indulgence, or depending on the look of the place and the market you want to project to, how about tooth fairies hideout !.
