Answers:
Open the can of greens, drain and reserve liquid!.

Cook some bacon is a large pot until crisp!. Remove bacon from pan, crumble and return to the pan!. Add some chopped onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes!. Add some minced garlic, and cook until just fragrant!. Pour in about a cup of chicken broth, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes!. Bring to a boil and add the drained greens!. Heat gently and serve!. Add reserved canned liquor if desired!.

Southerners do this sometimes!.!.!.add a smoked ham hock to your pot!. The ham hock is already done, so basically you are just heating it up, to wear it's juices season the greens!. Good luck, also make a batch of cornbread muffins and serve with pepper sauce!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bacon or ham is the best to season with (and a touch of hot sauce), but if your really in a hurry, instead of buying the plain,, look for the kind that is southern style, those are so good you don't really need any seasonings to them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Bacon grease works!. If you have some chicken broth on hand, you could cook the greens in a little of that, which would take out some of the canned taste and make them a little more homemade!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
