First put a little butter in a small pan!. Saute your veggies then add what ever meat you want to put in your omelet!. when everything is cooked or warmed up put it aside!. take 2 eggs and a splash of milk whip it together and pour it in the pan!. add cheese when you can see the bubbles starting!. DO NOT STIR THIS just take a spatula and break the bubbles!. this will let the reaming uncooked eggs fill in when almost all of the slime is gone add your veggies and meat!. flop one side over and then the other!.

it depends how many people you are cooking for!.
there should be about 3 eggs per omelet!. put them in a blender, add a little (maybe two tablespoons) of water!. after blending them for about 15 seconds so that there are bubbles on the top, pour into a pre olive oiled pan on the stove at about medium temperature!. allow it to cook for about 30 seconds and then add in whatever you like such as onions, red peppers whatever, and fold it in half!. wah lah!
(my personal favorite kind of omelette's are apple and banana!! mmmmmmm you should try it!)
I also found a vid on youtube that has some ideas!.

I don't know if this is right, but it works for me!. Whip the eggs first, then add anything you like inside!. Melt butter in a deep round pan and pour the liquid egg in so that it's spread out!. Keep it on low heat and cover for about 5-6 minutes or until the bottom gets the littlest bit browned!. Then fold half of it over and, I usually flip it so the whole thing gets golden and toasty!.
