I baked some hamburger buns but the bottoms came out too hard like biscuits. Any remedies?!
I buttered some foil and placed the dough on there in slightly flattened balls and then baked them once they rose for 35 minutes!. The tops were fine but would you say the butter hardened the bottoms!?

try placing them on the top oven rack!. also see of you can lower the temp a little!.!.good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
